Dig Into Local by NC Agriculture

We have been participating in the "Dig into Local" initiative from the NC Agricultural Department. Restaurants across the state have created menus comprised entirely of North Carolina ingredients. We are all competing for recognition for our menus. We are only offering this menu at dinner for the month of August. Top restaurants will be announced by October 15th.
